Reservations and Payment:
Reservations may be made online.by clicking on the box above. If you prefer you may call 217/632-0128 or 800/653-8012. You may also send an email to us with your phone number and tentative schedule. We will gladly call you with a confirmation and payment options. An advance deposit of one night’s stay is required to guarantee reservations. Cash, travelers and personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted. Rates are also subject to 9% Illinois and local tax.
Cancellations:
Because of the limited number of rooms, your deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to arrival. However, a $20 per room processing fee will be applied to any cancellation.

Check In: Any time after 3:00 pm. Please let us know if you will be arriving late.
Check Out: 11:00 am.
Full Breakfast served: 8:00am - 10:00am.
Bathrobes are provided in every room.
Maple Crest is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is confined to the front porch or the gazebo.
Children are welcome.
No pets, please.
Candles and incense are not permitted in rooms.
We are open year-round.
